Naomi, currently pursuing a doctorate in Mental Health and Neuroscience research with a focus on child and adolescent mental health services, brings a wealth of experience in specialist education, mental health, and social care since 2012. Diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, her lived experience adds a unique perspective to her professional expertise. As a qualified Social Worker and Neurodivergent Consultant, she has developed evidence-based programs for schools, communities, healthcare, and families, specialising in supporting Autistic youth and youth with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Learning Difficulties in mental health contexts. Naomi's leadership skills, coupled with a diverse skillset spanning teaching, training, authorship, management, bid-writing and directorship, enable effective advocacy for neurodiversity and mental health inclusion. Dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals for optimal mental well-being, she is committed to driving positive change in mental health, social, and educational settings. Colleagues and peers have nicknamed her "Disrupter" for her ability to challenge the status quo and advocate for change. Naomi's work serves as a spearhead, rallying others to embrace innovation and confront systemic issues head-on.
