Family Navigation Project (Canada)

The Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook is a free service for youth ages 13-26 and their families (openly defined and including family of choice) living in the Greater Toronto Area (City of Toronto, York Region, Durham Region, Peel Region, and Halton Region). Youth or concerned family members can phone or email in and be connected with an expert clinical navigator who will support families and their youth in the path to recovery and optimum functioning. Our promise to youth and families is to engage with them to help them navigate the health care and related services system, connect to appropriate and credible assessment and treatment resources, receive assistance in as timely a way as possible and negotiate challenging situations that may arise, all the while knowing that help and support is available for them every step of the way.

Stella’s Place (Canada)

Stella's Place offers free community-based mental health services for young adults 16-29. Our physical location at 18 Camden Street is closed until further notice but we have switched to provide all of our services remotely via phone, chat and video. Jigsaw Online live group chats

Live group chats facilitated by Jigsaw clinicians. We have increased the frequency and they're now running daily Monday - Friday. Check out the times, themes and easy registration if you're between the ages of 12 - 25 years-old. Themes include: Coping with feeling low, managing stress, dealing with family conflict, managing feelings of isolation, and staying positive.

i-Rock (United Kingdom)

i-Rock is a drop-in service for young people aged 14-25 in East Sussex experiencing difficulties with their mental health, wellbeing, employment, education, housing and relationships. There is no minimum threshold and no appointment or referral required. The service is multi-agency and this means that when you talk to us we can either support you directly and/or transition you into the best service to meet your needs. The choice remains with the young person.
Covid-19 - During this time the service continues to operate Monday-Friday 11am-6pm offering support through virtual clinics, telephone, email or secure texting. Young people should contact us via the email address or our Facebook sites.
