SHAUN LIVERPOOL

Shaun is a Chartered Psychologist, Researcher and Associate Professor in Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing. He has completed a BSc in Psychology at the University of the West Indies, followed by a MSc and PhD at University College London. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the British Psychological Society. Shaun’s research focuses on the development and evaluation of digital and creative interventions to help young people and their families cope with mental health challenges. He has co-produced and/or evaluated several interventions, including Power Up for Parents, KidsMatter, and fatherli. His research also has a particular focus on families from minoritised and marginalised communities who are often underserved or underrepresented. In addition to research, he is a dedicated Therapeutic Coach and Mentor to young people internationally.
